As kids, we rode our bikes all summer long for neighborhood adventures. We’d come home only when the streetlights turned on at dusk. Ice cream mini trucks were chased as our coins jingled in our pockets. My favorite was sherbet push-up pops. It was so delicious to get cold treats as we played in the hot sun, laughing as our string candy necklaces melted and made rainbow streaks on our necks and shirts. It was a happy and simple time.
Each painting is signed and dated, and a wire hanging fixture is installed. I protect my paintings with several layers of Isolation Coat and Archival Gloss Varnish.
