There is a certain calm as the day turns into night.  It’s a time of peace and winding down.  My mind and spirit take a breath and listens to the call of the slowing nocturnal heartbeat of the night.  There’s a promise of rest, renewal, and going within to connect with my Higher Self. With this connection, I know that I’m aligned with the infinite field of possibilities.
