I created the “ASCENDING” trio of paintings after I was released from the hospital from pneumonia and a collapsed lung. ASCENDING PEACE is the second painting in this series.

When I was in the hospital, there were many moments that felt surreal. I was admitted into the hospital three times within a three-week period! There were many moments where I felt I was viewing my body from outside of myself. And there were many moments where I felt lost or scared. I never had this severe hospitalization before.

With the guidance of my Spiritual Life Coach, and the love of my husband, son and doggie, I came through. I made it home and to wellness after accepting peace. I released the fear in the hospital and just accepted the love and healing surrounding me from every source. I came into a state of peace knowing that I could guide my healing and work with my Higher Self for my desired outcome. The Universe sent me lots of healing vibrations and energy because I asked for healing from every source. The portals were my visitors in my room one afternoon. They brought me such peace and knowing that all was well.
