4.7.23:  Fact #9 – When I put my hair up, it is time to flow!

When I put my hair up and use a headband, my family knows that I’m in for a longer painting session.  My family gives me the time and space to do my thing.  During these times, I surrender and open my body, mind, and spirit to the Universe.  I welcome the Universe, and I channel art with messages for the soul.  When I’m in the flow, I am my most creative and expressive self.
